02 How does luxury differ from a turnkey renovation?
In the level of materials and finishes: premium tiles, plaster, lighting, bespoke solutions. The principle is the same — one fixed price in the contract
03 Can I choose the materials myself?
Yes. We offer options to suit your budget and taste, agreed at the 3D design stage before work starts
04 Do you work across all of Spain?
Home offices in Madrid and Valencia, we work across all of mainland Spain. The visit and measurement are free
05 How does payment work?
A 70% deposit of the estimate at the start, the rest in stages as works are handed over. No extra charges between stages
06 What guarantees do I get?
A contract with a fixed price and timeline, a guarantee on works under Spanish law, a photo report after each stage
